Handling Cancellations
Sometimes orders need to be cancelled. Here's how to handle cancellations professionally.
When to Cancel an Order
- The item is out of stock (update your inventory to prevent this).
- The buyer requests a cancellation before shipping.
- You're unable to fulfill the order for a valid reason.
How to Cancel
- Go to the order details page.
- Click "Cancel Order".
- Select a reason for the cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The buyer will be notified automatically, and if they already paid, a refund will be initiated.
Warning: Frequent cancellations negatively impact your vendor reputation. Keep your inventory accurate to minimize cancellations.
