When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product from the vendor at the listed price. The vendor is responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping products, and handling customer service related to their products.

Product listings, descriptions, and images are provided by vendors. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that product information is complete, reliable, or error-free. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include applicable taxes.

4. Selling on the Marketplace

Vendors must maintain accurate product listings and fulfill orders promptly. Vendors are responsible for the quality of their products, accurate descriptions, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

The platform charges a commission on each sale as specified in the vendor agreement. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule and minimum thresholds set by the platform. Vendors must provide valid payment information to receive payouts.

5. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed through our secure payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or other enabled payment methods). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to pay upon delivery may result in account restrictions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by vendor and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for shipping products within the timeframe stated in their shipping policy.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the vendor or our support team for assistance.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return policies are set by individual vendors and are displayed on each product listing. Generally, products may be returned within the vendor's specified return window if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a vendor error or defective product.

8. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent listings or misleading product descriptions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Manipulation of reviews, ratings, or search results
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of the marketplace operator. Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant the platform a license to display and promote their listings.

If you believe that content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement and we will investigate promptly.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and vendors. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending orders or payouts will be handled according to our policies.
