We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, our return policy makes it easy to get a resolution.
General Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return (perishables, personalized items, etc.).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The order status must be "Delivered".
- The return request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe.
- The item must not be damaged by the buyer.
