Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the item is received by the vendor, your refund will be processed. Here's what to expect.
Refund Processing Steps
- Return Approved — Vendor reviews and approves your return request (1-3 business days).
- Item Received — Vendor confirms receipt of the returned item.
- Refund Issued — The refund is processed to your original payment method (1-2 business days).
- Refund Received — Funds appear in your account (3-10 business days depending on your bank).
Refund Methods
- Card Payments — Refunded to the original card used for purchase.
- PayPal — Refunded to your PayPal account.
- Cash on Delivery — Refunded via bank transfer. You'll be contacted for your bank details.
Note: The total refund timeline from return request to funds in your account is typically 7-14 business days.
