Keep your stock levels accurate and learn about low-stock alerts.
Inventory Management
Accurate inventory management prevents overselling and ensures buyers can always see what's available.
Updating Stock Levels
- Go to "Products" in your vendor dashboard.
- Click "Edit" on the product you want to update.
- Change the stock quantity field.
- If you have variants, update each variant's stock individually.
- Click "Save" to apply changes.
Stock Behavior
- Stock is automatically reduced when an order is placed.
- When stock reaches 0, the product is shown as "Out of Stock" and can't be purchased.
- Cancelled orders restore the stock automatically.
Warning: Regularly check your stock levels, especially for popular items. Overselling leads to cancellations and negative reviews.
Tip: Check your dashboard regularly for low-stock indicators so you can restock before running out.
