How to withdraw your earnings from the marketplace.
Requesting a Payout
When you have earnings available, you can request a payout to transfer funds to your bank account or payment provider.
How to Request a Payout
- Go to "Earnings" in your vendor dashboard.
- Check your "Available Balance" — this is the amount eligible for withdrawal.
- Click "Request Payout".
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Confirm your payout details and submit.
Payout Processing
Payout requests are reviewed by our finance team. Once approved, funds will be transferred to your designated payment method.
Note: There may be a minimum payout threshold. You can only request a payout when your available balance meets or exceeds this minimum.
Warning: Make sure your payout information (bank details or payment account) is accurate. Incorrect details may delay your payout.
