How to check the status of your order and track shipments in real time.
Tracking Your Order
Stay informed about your order from purchase to delivery.
Order Status Types
- Pending — Your order has been placed and is awaiting vendor confirmation.
- Processing — The vendor is preparing your order for shipment.
- Shipped — Your order is on its way. A tracking number may be available.
- Delivered — Your order has been delivered successfully.
- Cancelled — The order has been cancelled.
How to Track
- Go to "My Orders" from your account menu.
- Click on any order to see its full details and current status.
- If a tracking number is provided, click it to view delivery progress on the carrier's website.
Tip: You'll receive email notifications when your order status changes, so keep an eye on your inbox.
