How to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your account, please read the following information carefully before proceeding.
Before You Delete
Please be aware that deleting your account:
- Is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Will remove your profile, wishlist, and saved addresses.
- Will not delete your order history (required for vendor records and tax purposes).
- Will not cancel any active or pending orders.
How to Delete Your Account
- Ensure all active orders are completed or cancelled.
- Go to your Profile settings.
- Scroll to the "Delete Account" section.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Click "Delete My Account".
Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted. If you just need a break, consider logging out instead.
